If you provide a property description (a cut & paste of the description you have written for the internet listing), this becomes the basis of the script, and voice overs can be added. Our experienced video producer can craft a V/O script, but requires the actual details from you.
V/Os can be
- Agent’s own voice
- Real Estate Pictures in-house (male, mature)
- Professional V/O artist (male or female, extra cost see below)
A brief on-camera intro by the agent not only introduces the property to buyers, but also introduces themselves to future potential clients as well. Video can become a great ice breaker, as people have already “met” you on-line.
We suggest agents do not appear all throughout the video, as some viewers may find this self indulgence way over the top.
Optional extra – professional voice over
Professional voice over artists, male or female, can be used, and is charged: $35 per 30 second block or part there of.
ie; 120 seconds: $35×4 = $140 extra
3 minute video requires approx 120 seconds worth of V/O. ($140)
Pauses inbetween scenes are added, and allows the video to “breath”, so viewers can absorb the information at a comfortable pace.
2 minute video requires approx 90 seconds worth of V/O. ($105)
